Jim Bayless, President

Jim began his career in aerospace and then moved into semiconductor manufacturing,  but he discovered his passion in home building in 1989 and has never looked back. He's still excited about every aspect of home building, from design and construction details to budgeting and scheduling. He's driven to realize the full potential of every community and of each home within it. Seeing families living happily  in the communities that he helped to create is his greatest reward.
